Your operating fee gets leaner as you grow
Running a brand costs more per sale when volumes are small. As you scale, those operations get far more efficient, so the fee steps down and a bigger share of every sale stays with you.
Illustrative tiers. You always keep the large majority of every sale.
The old way vs. Dough
What this replaces
Building the same brand the traditional way means hiring each of these separately. Here's a typical first year.
Based on a brand doing ~$100k in its first year. Excludes product cost and ad spend, you'd pay those either way.

Common questions
Do I own my brand?
Yes, completely. You own your brand name, your store, and your customer relationships, 100%. Dough operates the business for you, but it's yours to keep, grow, or take with you.
What does the revenue share actually cover?
It covers running your business end to end: design, sourcing, your store, the tools, and getting orders to customers. You only pay it on sales you actually make, and the rate steps down as you grow.
Is there any upfront cost?
For most products, no. There's no setup fee, and many products are made to order so you don't buy inventory up front. Custom products may need a development cost and a first production run, which we'll always price clearly before you commit.
Who pays the factory for inventory?
You pay the manufacturer directly for the product itself, which keeps your margins yours. Dough handles finding and managing the factory so you're not doing it alone.
What's Simulated Audience?
Before you spend a dollar building, you can test your product idea, packaging, and price on a panel of AI shoppers and see how they react. It's a way to find a winner faster, and it's only on Dough.
Can I cancel?
Anytime. And because you own your brand and store, you leave with what you've built.
